The Goal of Our First Meeting is to Break Down Your Problem So That You Leave Knowing How to Move Toward a Solution.
Our Process
Our success in being an advocate is reliant upon understanding the facts of the case, pursuing our clients' goals, and extensive preparation. Let's face it, no one likes to throw money away on a problem that causes nothing but grief! We understand that, and our goal is to help you get through your problem as quickly and as economically as possible.
We start every case by listening. Understanding each client's situation and goals sets the framework for how we can most effectively help them. From this point, we can collectively identify possible weaknesses or vulnerabilities of the case, as well as focus on the strengths that can form the foundation of your case. No matter the size or complexity of the case, our clients goals and experience must be examined before applying the law to the situation. Keeping our clients' goals in mind, we then explore various resolution strategies and the impact that they may have regarding the speed and costs of legal action. By presenting and discussing various legal strategies without unnecessary legalese, our clients are able to make an informed decision as to how they wish to proceed. Finally, we draw on our experiences. While no result can be guaranteed, we try to explain how similar cases have concluded previously. This method allows our clients to leave the office understanding the strengths and weaknesses of their case as well as have a plan for proceeding that they believe has best chance of resolving their problem. |
